Cycle of public conferences “Thinkers of tomorrow”
In order to put the educational challenges into perspective, Montes Alti launched a series of public conferences “Thinkers of tomorrow”.
This cycle began in Florimont with the intervention of the philosopher and former Minister of National Education of the French Republic, Luc Ferry. The theme was “The Third Industrial Revolution: Threats, Promises and Challenges”.
For his second edition, the philosopher André Comte-Sponville, author of the “Little treaty of great virtues” addressed the question “What values to face the twenty-first century?”.
In 2023, to mark the Foundation’s 10th anniversary, Montes Alti has invited Marc Turiault, PhD in neuroscience, to give a public lecture on the theme “What can cognitive neuroscience bring to tomorrow’s education?”.
The goal is to invite people to share their vision of the world and of the best ways to prepare our children for tomorrow.
